The Scheme comprises of 74 dwellings in total, including a mixture of open market and affordable houses and apartments. Hester Architects Ltd were instructed to revise the planning layout and are currently working with Cala Homes on the working drawings. Work has recently started on site.

Number 10 is typical of the properties and buildings within the conservation area. It was built in the 1890’s as a single dwelling and has many original features.
