Construction is nearing completion at Hope Street, Liverpool, ahead of programme. All of the 339 bedroom modules and associated panels have now been installed and the crane is scheduled to be removed; work remaining includes cladding features, façade lighting and landscaping prior to the start of the academic year. The marketing suite is now open on the ground floor of Myrtle Street, and bookings are filling fast.
