Former Temple Cowley Pool
The site of the Former Temple Cowley Swimming Pool is situated to the southeast of Oxford City Centre and between Temple Road to the east and St Christopher’s Church of England Primary School sports field to the west and north west. Hester Architects are working closely with Catalyst Housing and are planning to submit a detailed application in May 2016
The Scheme
The Scheme comprises of 48 units over 3 individual blocks of apartments and a terrace of 3 and 4 bed Houses. 50% of the dwellings will be affordable with 80 % of theses being social rent. We feel the scheme will enhance the setting of Temple Cowley Library and respect its Civic feel with good quality public open space. Many of the units will benefit from views to the Oxford Spires Beyond.
