After standing empty for over nine years, Barratt Homes redeveloped this local eyesore to provide 183, one, two and three bedroom dwellings including 30%  affordable. This  mixed use contemporary scheme included some office space and  the conversion of a number of railway arches to accommodate much needed community facilities  including a nursery and café. This created an attractive pedestrian walkway providing a safe route between Roxeth Green Avenue and Stanley Road.
